Booty Barre is a fun, energetic, workout that combines techniques from dance, pilates, and yoga that will tone, define, and sculpt the entire body. It is the perfect blend of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular challenge utilizing the barre.
This is a class for all fitness levels that will improve core strength, flexibility, and balance by using the barre, gliders, balls, light weights, and bands.
